CF: What is your role as a producer?

I find projects and/or projects find me and I work on developing and producing films.

At Slamdance I am a cheerleader for the film and I work on getting distributors, agents, reps, and other butts in the seats of the screenings.

CF: What is the most satisfying thing about your job?

Collaborating in the name of art.

CF: What is the most frustrating thing about your job?

The lack of hard cold cash.

CF: What work are you proudest of?

Hmmmm....

CF: Who in the Chicago film community do you respect the most?

Ericka Frederick, the Kodak rep. She works her ass off trying to keep things happening in this town, bringing people together and helping people get their films made.

CF: Have you, or do you ever yearn, to be in front of the camera?

God, no!

CF: What's next for you?

More features. More shorts. More money. Oh, and I need some music video and commercial jobs in the meantime. Anyone need a producer????
